First of all search on youtube to watch, nlp masters seminars and their demo courses for introduction of neuro linguistic program as beginer, then start by diltz, ted james and richard bandlers articles on phsychology websites which related to the nlp
Beside above mentioned masters, micheal hall is on of the professors which has some great sources to learning nlp specially the Nlp workshop package on 29 DVD( 2013 workshop). Search on Amazon and find his productions
The most important topics to learning Nlp are submodalities- meta program- mind lines, because of those topics are the framwork of nlp. The third step is resering workshop taking some courses and going to their seminars or probably webinar. ( it might you have money limitation! ) of those masters, i mean no pain no gain
Fortunately many years ago, every body can find any source about her/his favorite topics on net( in compare than 80- 90 decat), So study and listen NLP books, an ebooks, audio programs and video and finally workshop in Neuor linquistic program to be the top of nlp (or any science) the magic formula to success is Study 2 hour a day for 5 year in your major
